3C Approach in Agile Software Development Boosts Productivity and Quality
Agile software development is a popular method used by many organizations to create software efficiently and meet customer needs. Two common frameworks within agile development are Scrum and Extreme Programming. Scrum focuses on project management and increasing productivity, while Extreme Programming aims to improve software quality based on customer requirements. A new approach called the 3C approach has been introduced in Scrum, adding Continuous Measurement and Continuous Improvement to Continuous Integration for better quality assurance.
