Manufacturing organizations use Flexible Manufacturing Systems to be efficient and adaptable in producing different products. Flexibility is crucial for FMS performance. However, FMS implementation is not common due to difficulty in measuring its benefits. This study identifies and analyzes factors affecting FMS implementation using Graph Theory Approach.
