New Sediment Discharge Method Saves Time and Money for Field Researchers!
A new method called Total Sediment Discharge (TSD) was developed to measure sediment flow in rivers using point-source data. This method was tested in Goodwin Creek, Mississippi, and was found to give similar results to traditional methods. TSD offers advantages like automatic sampling, better control over sediment samples, and continuous measurements. It also saves time and money compared to other sampling methods.
