Training program boosts awareness of psychosocial care-givers in Hemophilia
The study looked at how well caregivers understand and handle medical and emotional issues in people with hemophilia before and after training. They asked caregivers for their thoughts on support for hemophilia patients and saw that their knowledge improved after training. Younger caregivers showed more improvement than older ones. This shows that educating caregivers can make a big difference in how well they can help hemophilia patients and their families.
