The article discusses how Croatia is working towards establishing a 3D cadastre system for registering property and real estate parts. The current method of registration in the Croatian land administration system is being used as a basis for this. The paper suggests two new registration solutions, including a Unified Feature Identifier and registering the volume of apartments. Croatia has already met some requirements for forming a 3D cadastre, such as being able to register separate parts of real property ownership.
