Latin America at Crossroads: U.S. Influence Clashes with European Tradition
The article looks at how administrative jurisdiction has evolved in 19 Latin American countries with U.S. influence. It compares the U.S. system with the traditional European approach in Latin America. The study shows that importing rules without considering the local context has led to contradictions in administrative jurisdiction in Latin America. The goal is to create a specific model of administrative justice for Latin America by learning from the experiences of the United States and Europe.
