The article examines the sustainability of the food supply in Russia. Factors like inflation and shifting consumer preferences towards cheaper, lower-quality products threaten food security. The study used a regression model to analyze how agricultural production, food self-sufficiency, and foreign trade impact food security. The results show that the food supply in Russia is at risk due to these factors, leading to potential shortages in the domestic market.
