By analyzing factors like plot characteristics and agricultural infrastructure, researchers found that focusing on medium-productivity lands could increase crop production by 20%. They also discovered that the current productivity of cultivated land in Shenyang relies more on utilization conditions like infrastructure than natural conditions like soil quality. To make these improvements, changes in land management systems, regulations, economic policies, and land transfer mechanisms are needed.
