The article discusses the right to a share in a collective agricultural enterprise and how it can be converted into property rights when property is separated from the enterprise. The process of separating property from the enterprise is not considered a contract, but rather a transfer of ownership to the member. If a member leaves the enterprise and receives property, the ownership is acquired through state registration. The article also mentions the possibility of issuing a power of attorney for separating and registering property. The Ukrainian legislation does not prohibit the alienation of property that the seller does not yet possess.
