Spatial analysis reveals hot spots and cold clusters in Fars Province.
The researchers studied temperature changes in Fars Province using spatial statistics. They looked at heat clusters over 33 years and found that the pattern of temperature variations is high-clustered. The South, South West, and South East had hot spots with positive spatial autocorrelation, while parts of the North and North East had cold clusters with negative spatial autocorrelation. About half of the province showed no significant temperature pattern during the study period.
