Croatia is working towards a 3D and 4D cadastre system to improve property registration and visualization. This involves recording changes to parcels over time, creating a more comprehensive land database. The goal is to legally regulate 3D cadastre and establish a central repository for utility cadastre. By integrating land and utility cadastres at the state level, better public infrastructure registration can be achieved. The Land Administration Domain Model is a good foundation for this development.
