Revolutionizing Customer Relationships: E-CRM Boosts Success for Automobile Industry.
Advancements in technology have led many companies to focus on Electronic Customer Relationship Management (e-CRM) to gain a competitive edge. A study developed a model for successful e-CRM, considering factors like customer information quality, technology systems, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. By analyzing data from 309 questionnaires given to employees and customers of automobile manufacturers using e-CRM, the study found that implementing e-CRM can lead to improved customer relationships and business success in the automobile industry.
