Skilled painters like Zhang Zeduan and Guo Zhongshu mastered techniques like "Same Proportion as Material Objects" and "Hundreds of Diagonals Gathered to One Point", creating drawings with superior volume, space, and stability. These works laid the foundation for the framework of ancient architectural drawings. The study analyzes these techniques used before Western perspective theory was introduced.
