Unlocking Competitive Advantage Through Dynamic Knowledge Creation Strategies
Dynamic capabilities are crucial for organizations to gain a competitive edge. This article explores how creating organizational knowledge is linked to dynamic capabilities. By studying existing literature, the authors show that learning and knowledge creation are key for success. Organizations need to focus on creating knowledge in line with their growth strategies. The SECI model is highlighted as a useful tool for knowledge creation within organizations. While this study is theoretical, more real-world research is needed to further explore these ideas.
