Software requirements engineering is crucial in any project, involving various people like stakeholders and designers. Managing different stakeholders' goals can be challenging, leading to changing requirements and conflicts. To address this, a technique called requirement interaction matrix was used in a Labour Management System. Real requirements were analyzed, showing reduced time spent on checking requirements and improved stability.
