A new blowdown controller for industrial boilers has been developed to improve efficiency and accuracy. The system uses a micro-controller and signal conditioning circuit to automate the process, eliminating the need for manual control. This single-step approach ensures precise and smooth operation, reducing the risk of errors and optimizing performance. By combining temperature and conductivity sensors into a single module, time and space are optimized. Additionally, data can be transmitted remotely for monitoring multiple boilers.
