The article introduces a new model for Serbia's real estate cadastre, aiming to improve the current system's shortcomings. By analyzing national laws and regulations, the researchers developed a country profile based on international standards. This new model addresses issues like data compatibility and integration, paving the way for a 3D cadastre in the future. The proposed solution suggests using a 2D model for simple cases and a 3D model for more complex situations involving overlapping rights and restrictions on buildings.
