There are three main types of electrolysis technologies: acidic, alkaline, and solid oxide. Alkaline electrolysers are the biggest and most efficient. A model was made to see how different factors affect efficiency. The temperature can change efficiency by up to 3.5 percentage points, with higher temperatures being better.
