The city of Gothenburg is facing challenges in managing multiple land development projects efficiently. Interviews and research revealed that current project management practices are not effective, leading to low project management maturity levels. Implementing project portfolio management can help address these challenges, but improving project management practices is crucial. Establishing a project management office could be a solution to enhance project management effectiveness.
