The cotton industry in Xinjiang faces challenges due to fluctuating prices and unstable production. To address this, a new approach is proposed: forming a cooperative network among cotton companies, processing plants, and farmers to create a more efficient and profitable industry. By focusing on large-scale cotton spinning and establishing a new type of industrial chain, the goal is to boost the development of the cotton industry in Xinjiang.
