Innovation in Social Housing: Creating New Services and Improving Lives
Innovation has been defined in many ways throughout history, but what is it really? This research explores the concept of innovation by looking at different definitions and creating a composite definition. It also examines the creative process and academic models of creativity. The study then shows how innovation is applied in social housing in England, where new services and improvements to existing services are identified as examples of innovation. The research concludes that innovation can involve creating new products or services, as well as improving existing ones.
