Agricultural technology extension is crucial for improving farming practices. This review looked at current research on how to spread new agricultural methods to farmers. The study found that research in this area focuses on theories, systems, and the impact of technology extension. Based on the findings, predictions were made for future technology extension in agriculture, along with policy recommendations.
