The article discusses how organizations can improve their project management skills. The researchers analyzed different models of organizational maturity and found that key elements of project management include methodology, organization, technology, and motivation. They concluded that the level of project management maturity in the studied enterprise is at level 2. By formalizing knowledge, regulating activities, and documenting best practices, organizations can enhance their project management maturity.
