This paper introduces a new method called fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis for evaluating information systems. Instead of looking at individual factors separately, this method considers how different factors work together to affect outcomes. By using this method, the researchers identified two types of monitoring systems success based on automated and manual validations. This approach helps in understanding the complex relationships between different factors in evaluating information systems.
