Revolutionizing Sesame Farming: Organic Practices Boost Yield and Profit
A study in Rajasthan looked at how different organic nutrient practices affect sesame production. Using enriched compost and biodynamic manure with helpful bacteria, they found that this combo led to higher growth, yield, and profits for sesame farmers. This method increased seed yield by up to 28.8% compared to other practices. The best combo was enriched compost with biodynamic manure and bacteria, resulting in the highest net return and nutrient uptake by sesame plants.
