The researchers used a method called regression-kriging to study housing prices in Belgrade. They compared this method with other common ways of analyzing real estate prices. By looking at different maps and data about the area, they found that regression-kriging and geographically weighted regression showed similar results in predicting housing prices. This means that using spatial analysis can help us understand how different factors affect the prices of homes in a specific area.
