Green electricity is good for the environment and economy. A study in Tianjin, China found that most residents are willing to pay for green electricity, with an average of CNY 32.63 per month. Factors like knowledge of renewable energy, trust in the government, behavior, education, and history of respiratory disease influence this willingness. Income, belief, and disease status also play a role, with males generally more willing to pay than females.
