Urban areas are facing more floods due to urbanization and climate change. To help prevent flood damage, a new technique called flood nomograph has been developed. This technique uses synthetic rainfall data to predict when flooding will occur, allowing for preemptive responses to be made. The advantage of this technique is its simplicity and ability to use real-time rainfall data, making it a useful tool for urban flood management.
