The study looked at how teaching statistics can improve how companies manage relationships with customers in the high-tech industry. By providing the right information to the right customers at the right time, companies can strengthen their relationships with customers. The researchers surveyed 388 employees and supervisors in high-tech companies and found that there is a strong connection between statistics education, customer relationship management, and customer value. This means that by improving how companies use statistics to manage customer relationships, they can increase customer value and stay competitive in the market.
