The researchers designed and developed an integrated database for a mobile app system in Yogyakarta Smart City to efficiently manage various applications on smartphones. They focused on making the database flexible, secure, and inclusive of all necessary attributes for different apps to use easily. By testing prototypes, they ensured the system's performance was sound. The system helps administrators, managers, and users access and update information in real-time, especially related to Yogyakarta's culture, government, hotels, and transportation. The app operates on Android devices and connects to a MySQL database, ensuring that any changes in the database reflect instantly on the app, making data management easier and more effective.
