The spacing between okra plants and the use of biofertilizer can affect the growth and yield of the crop. A study conducted in Brazil found that different spacing and biofertilizer application influenced the leaf area, fruit mass, number of fruits per plant, and nutrient content in okra plants. The commercial productivity of okra was mainly affected by the spacing between plants. Using biofertilizer at specific spacings increased the leaf area of okra and improved its productivity. Overall, closer spacing combined with biofertilizer resulted in better growth and yield of okra.
