Leadership is currently governed by over 66 theories, which can be confusing for leaders and scholars. To simplify things, a new integrative leadership model called ethical and effective leadership (EEL) has been developed. This model is based on six foundational domains: character, characteristics, people practices, institutional practices, context, and outcomes (CCPICO). By focusing on these domains, leaders can develop their skills and define leadership in a more effective way.
