Soil texture analysis reveals key to sustainable agriculture and vegetation growth.
Soil texture affects how well plants can grow. This study looked at soil in Lamjung District, Nepal, to see how different types of land use impact soil properties. They found that barren land with loam texture is good for plant growth. Bulk density at 0.15 cm depth is influenced by land use types. Barren land had significantly different bulk density compared to agriculture and forest areas. The study shows that soil properties vary depending on the type of land use, which is important for managing soil and water effectively.
