New Study Reveals Improved SO3 Removal Efficiency in Flue Gas Systems!
The study looked at how to remove SO3 in a wet flue gas desulfurization system. They tested different factors like liquid-to-gas ratio, SO3 concentration, and temperature to see how well SO3 was removed. They found that higher liquid-to-gas ratio and SO3 concentration helped remove more SO3, while higher gas velocity and temperatures made it harder to remove. Adding a sieve plate improved SO3 removal efficiency. The study also used a neural network model to show that gas temperature, SO3 concentration, and slurry temperature were important for SO3 removal.
