The article explores using fuzzy logic to improve product quality by dealing with uncertainty in data. Traditional and fuzzy Quality Function Deployment methods were applied to enhance the quality of a house electric water heater. The study compared the results of both methods to determine the most effective quality characteristics for the product. The research suggests that integrating fuzzy logic into quality management can assist in planning and achieving better product quality.
