The study looked at how social media can help companies improve their products by involving customers in the development process. By interacting with customers online, companies can work together with them to create products that meet their needs and desires. This collaboration leads to increased customer loyalty because customers feel more engaged and satisfied with the products. The researchers surveyed 150 people in social media product communities in Indonesia and found that social media interactions can boost customer engagement, leading to better products and higher customer loyalty.
