The study looked at how using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) affects Global Accounting Services (GAS). They studied a big company that offers GAS and found that RPA technology changes how work is done and can lead to fewer employees. While RPA can help with some issues like discipline and productivity, it can also create competition between humans and robots. Even though robots can't do all the high-level analytical work, they can still help with many tasks in accounting services.
