A new technology has been developed to improve the removal of particles and turbidity in drinking water treatment plants. By using pressure filters and a special reaction tank, floc-filtration can efficiently treat algal-rich and highly turbid water. Experiments have shown that this method is highly effective in achieving clean drinking water at high filtration rates.
