Landslides are dangerous movements of rocks and soil downhill. A study looked at a slope near a highway in Maharashtra to see how stable it was. They used computer programs to test different soil and slope conditions. The slope was found to be unstable when wet. To fix this, they added soil nails to hold it in place. After this, the slope became stable.
