To make this work, cities need support from institutions, laws, and finances, as well as strategic urban development policies and involvement from all stakeholders. The city of Banja Luka is working on a new urban plan that aims to show how integrated planning can be done effectively. This could help other cities in The Republic of Srpska improve their planning methods.
