Fairness at work boosts employee performance and organizational success!
Organizational justice and commitment have a positive impact on employees' behavior at work. A study found that when employees feel fairly treated and committed to their organization, they are more likely to go above and beyond in their job performance. The research involved surveying 124 employees and middle managers in Lorestan. The results showed that organizational justice directly and indirectly, through organizational commitment, influences organizational citizenship behavior in a significant way.
