Horticultural waste from Tamilnadu can be turned into organic fertilizer through vermicomposting, benefiting agriculture and land management. By using earthworms and mixing waste with cow dung and soil, nutrient-rich vermicompost is produced in 85 days. This process increases NPK content and decreases TOC, TOM, and C:N ratio, making the vermicompost suitable for all crops.
