A new tool was developed to help users run experiments on a testbed more easily. The tool allows users to test things that the testbed wasn't originally designed for. By adding a subsystem to the testbed, users can now use these new tools without changing the existing management system. The researchers successfully built an experiment environment on StarBED resources using a language called TopDL.
