The article analyzes how agriculture in Gansu Province can develop sustainably and what factors hold it back. By looking at examples, references, and math models, the researchers figured out what's stopping agriculture from growing in Gansu. They came up with a plan to help agriculture in Gansu develop sustainably and pointed out the way forward for farming in the province.
