Salinity Levels in Irrigation Water Impact Moisture Content in Cabbage
The study looked at how different irrigation schedules and salt levels in water affect cabbage growth. They tested daily and alternate day watering with varying salt levels. Results showed that with daily watering, moisture levels in the soil decreased more as salt levels increased. With alternate day watering, moisture levels were similar across all salt levels. This suggests that daily watering may lead to salt accumulation in the soil, affecting cabbage growth.
