Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a method used to measure how efficient different units are in using their resources to produce outputs. In this study, researchers focused on the banking sector in India. They looked at how sensitive DEA classifications can be when values of inputs and outputs change. The study also examined the efficiency of banks using a specific DEA model called SBM. The researchers found that some banks were super-efficient, meaning they were using their resources very effectively compared to others.
