The article discusses key factors in Thai property fund investment. Experts identified three major factors: type and market situation of the property, ownership interest and lease term, and terms and conditions of the property fund. These factors are crucial for making investment decisions. Additionally, nine sub-factors were highlighted as important considerations. The findings emphasize the importance of carefully studying information before investing in property funds.
