Revolutionizing Spectroscopy: Miniature NIR Spectrometer Redefines Portable Detection Technology.
A miniaturized near-infrared spectrometer was developed using a special mirror to split light into different wavelengths. This spectrometer is small, portable, and affordable, using only one detector to capture the full spectrum. By accurately measuring the mirror's position, the device can quickly convert time-based data into detailed spectra. Tests showed the spectrometer can detect light from 800 to 1800 nanometers with high resolution, in a compact size of 9 x 7 x 7 cm³. It has excellent wavelength stability, low power consumption, and a high signal-to-noise ratio, making it suitable for various applications like process control or as a portable sensor.
