The study compared different ways to model groundwater flow in the Prosna valley aquifer near Kalisz. They looked at how grid size and the number of layers in the model affected the results. The research showed that the groundwater circulation scheme and mesh size have a big impact on how water flows underground. It also highlighted the importance of deep aquifers in understanding groundwater flow in areas with river valleys.
