The consolid system was tested on loess soil to see if it could help keep the soil dry. The tests showed that adding consolid system made the soil better at repelling water, without affecting its ability to let water flow through. The soil's ability to dry out also stayed the same. This means that using consolid system can help keep loess soil dry by making it more water-resistant, while still allowing water to move through it easily.
